3. Lift Gate Trucks available.

     4. Pipe Rack over 12' up to 20' - $15.00 extra - (maximum 1,000 lbs.).

     5. Waiting time for pickups and vans:  
            No charge for first 30 min., $25.00 per hour thereafter
     
     6. Waiting time for stake and gooseneck  
            No charge for first 30 min., $45.00 per hour thereafter
     
     7. Weight rates for pickups and stakes: $1.00/cwt over 100 lbs., 5,000 lbs. maximum.

     8. Hazmat: Add $25.00 to the delivery charge. Hot Shot rate will apply.

     9. Regular Hours: 7am - 5pm. Mon-Fri:
            After hours & Holidays add $25.00 to Direct Rate

   10. 15% surcharge on all rates apply.  
            Rates subject to change with cost of fuel.
