3. Lift gate: $15.00 extra minimum.

     4. Pipe Rack over 12' up to 24' 1,000# max. - $15.00 extra.

     5. Waiting time for pickups and vans:  
            No charge for first 30 min., $5.00 per 15 min. thereafter
     
     6. Waiting time for stake and gooseneck  
            No charge for first 30 min., $10.00 per 15 min. thereafter
     
     7. Inside delivery above first floor - $5.00 extra.

     8. Weight rates for pickups and stakes: $1.00/cwt over 100 lbs., 5,000 lbs. maximum.

     9. Hazmat: add $25.00 to the delivery charge. Hot Shot rate will apply.

   10. Regular Hours: 6am-6pm. Mon-Fri:
            After hours & Holidays add $15.00 to Direct Rate

   11. 10% surcharge on all rates apply.  
            Rates subject to change with cost of fuel.
